Matthew Bell
Matt oversees every stage of the development process from site acquisition and feasibility through to design coordination, delivery, and completion. His background in project management and property development enables him to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring each project is delivered with precision and intent.
Before founding Pinnacle Development, Matt worked at Colliers International, managing nationwide commercial assets under the BNZ portfolio. He also founded and operated a successful music events company, delivering large-scale productions that honed his leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
Today, Matt is fully focused on delivering projects across New Zealand that reflect his commitment to quality, design, and longevity.

Capital Group/FMT
Phillip Bell and Greig Allison own CapitalGroup Limited, which they started in 1996. CapitalGroup invests private equity and mezzanine funds into the New Zealand property market. Included in CapitalGroup’s portfolio is ownership of the management company of FMT. FMT is New Zealand’s largest non-bank property first mortgage lender. Phillip and Greig have significant real estate funding experience.
